I found an unpleasant plastic odor in the room constantly, and airing it out did not eliminate it. the chlorine smell after cleaning was also strong. the air conditioning did not function correctly. It blew warm air even at the lowest setting.

The team sent my forgotten water bottle to the airport. That was thoughtful. fatima and hilmi offered really good help through the lumen app. it provided easy communication.
i found the hotel's service quite poor. waiters often passed by my table without offering drinks. i had to go to the bar myself!

The staff were attentive. They set up a WhatsApp group, and I could message them any hour for any requirements. This communication method was AMAZING!!! The access to the Land of Legends theme park provided added value.
The rooms felt quite dated. A refurbishment seemed necessary. I also noticed some inconsistency in the quality of drinks. The same cocktail could vary greatly depending on who prepared it.
