The location was convenient, not too far from the city center. the room had soft water in the bathroom. It was probably filtered. the main restaurant clearly marked gluten-free and healthy products. They placed them in a separate area.
I arrived, and i was given a room very close to a fountain.

the hotel is very good. drinks are refilled every day with some snacks.
The gym lacks proper ventilation. It became uncomfortably stuffy. i found this made exercising quite unpleasant.

plentiful food drink option plastic odor warm air
the food was plentiful with many drink options. drinks were refilled daily along with snacks.
I found an unpleasant plastic odor in the room constantly, and airing it out did not eliminate it. the chlorine smell after cleaning was also strong. the air conditioning did not function correctly. It blew warm air even at the lowest setting.

The team sent my forgotten water bottle to the airport. That was thoughtful. fatima and hilmi offered really good help through the lumen app. it provided easy communication.
i found the hotel's service quite poor. waiters often passed by my table without offering drinks. i had to go to the bar myself!

helpful staff whatsapp group dated rooms inconsistent drinks
The staff were attentive. They set up a WhatsApp group, and I could message them any hour for any requirements. This communication method was AMAZING!!! The access to the Land of Legends theme park provided added value.
The rooms felt quite dated. A refurbishment seemed necessary. I also noticed some inconsistency in the quality of drinks. The same cocktail could vary greatly depending on who prepared it.
